Before joining Dale Carnegie as a trainer in 2008, Ahmed has an extensive work experience in the field of Customer Experience Management and Call Center Quality.

Having worked at Exceed Contact Center & Etisalat Egypt as a Customer Care Advisor and Senior Trade Line support, ensuring the delivery of professional, prompt, and high-quality service to internal and external customers.
